Contact Free (latchkey) Service

This service is available to clients who have previously engaged our services on at least two occasions and are comfortable with our groomers accessing designated areas where pets can be safely retrieved and returned, such as within the home, backyard, or garage. Whether you are away from home or occupied with tasks that prevent you from greeting our groomers at the door, this service is designed to accommodate your needs. Rest assured, our groomers have undergone thorough background checks and have earned our complete trust.

To avail of this service, simply inform us of your preferred location for pet retrieval and entry when booking your appointment. If access requires a code, kindly provide it at the time of booking to ensure a seamless experience for our groomers. Likewise, if a key is necessary, please specify its location on your property. Your cooperation in furnishing these details in advance will enable our groomers to execute their tasks efficiently and effectively.

By signing this agreement, I agree to let my groomer from Pappy Paws LLC to come into my designated area to retrieve my pet for grooming.

Addendum:
The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pappy Paws LLC, and all of their owner, directors, officers, employees, agents, servants, customers, successors, heirs, representatives, and assigns (collectively the "indemnities"), from and against, any and all claims, proceedings, losses, demands, actions (and all expenses associated therewith asserted against, suffered, or incurred by indemnities) with respect to entering the customers house/property, upon the customers request to groom the customers dog or cat.
