Do we offer anal gland expression?

We do not provide anal gland expression services. Following extensive research and attendance at professional conventions, we have learned that complete and safe emptying of anal glands cannot be achieved externally. This is a natural process that healthy dogs should manage themselves. If you suspect any issues with your pet's anal glands, we recommend consulting your veterinarian for appropriate guidance and treatment.

What is the quoting and appointment Process?

To obtain a quote and schedule an appointment, simply complete our intake form with as much information as possible. Please note that dogs must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. While vaccination records are preferred at the time of form submission, you can always provide them via text after initial contact.

What is the first appointment procedure?

During your initial appointment, our experienced groomer, Ashley, will arrive at your home within the designated window. Ashley will greet you at your door unless otherwise requested, or she can also arrange to meet you outside with your pet. She will engage in a comprehensive discussion with you, assessing your pet's coat, temperament, weight, and overall physical health. This conversation will include inquiries about any existing conditions, relevant history, and desired grooming preferences for your furry companion.

Is there a minimum service charge?

Occasionally, circumstances arise during grooming sessions that prevent completion due to factors such as excessive stress for the pet or safety concerns for the groomer. In such instances, every effort will be made to execute as much of the grooming procedure as feasible within the constraints presented. The cost of the visit will be calculated based on the services administered during the duration of the session. It is important to note that a maximum visit charge of $70 will be applied, regardless of whether full grooming services are rendered
